※About Shipping Time※

Some products are shipped directly from Korea.
Please note that as these are international shipments, there may be delays in logistics and customs procedures due to the shipping carrier or local logistics circumstances. We appreciate your understanding.

This product is made-to-order, carefully crafted one by one after an order is placed. Therefore, it will take approximately 2 weeks to a maximum of 1 month for delivery.

※How to Order and Shipping Process※

① You will receive an order confirmation email (automated email) from our store via automated delivery from the amondz email address. Please check the contents of your order as soon as you receive the email. Please also keep this email until the end of the transaction.

② Once your ordered product has been shipped, you will be notified of the shipment via email.

※About Shipping Fees※

【Shipping Fee】The shipping fee borne by the customer is 1000 yen.
However, as a token of our gratitude to customers looking for Korean products, we offer a discounted shipping fee, and for each order, the shipping fee is operated at 600 yen.
※For purchases of 5,000 yen or more, shipping is free.

【Hokkaido/Okinawa Shipping Fee】The shipping fee borne by the customer is 1400 yen.
However, as a token of our gratitude to customers looking for Korean products, we offer a discounted shipping fee, and for each order, the shipping fee is operated at 1000 yen.
※For purchases of 10,000 yen or more, shipping is free.
