■Credit Card: For customers who paid by credit card, we will cancel the credit card charge. Also, if paying by credit card, bank account information is not required.

*Please note that if you request an exchange but the item is out of stock, we will refund the purchase price.
*Please note that if you wish to return an item from an order where a coupon was used, we cannot reissue the coupon.
*Please be aware that if we do not receive your contact within the specified period, we may not be able to process your request.
*If you wish to exchange an item and it is out of stock, we will issue a refund for the purchase price.
