Product Delivery Time

■Standard Products
Products will be shipped within 3-5 business days after order confirmation or payment confirmation. As items are shipped directly from Korea, delivery will take approximately 1-2 weeks.

■Custom-Made Products
Custom-made products are items marked as "Custom-Made" on each product page. The shipping period varies for each product, so please refer to the information provided for detailed shipping times.

*For some regions in Japan, such as remote islands, customs duties and consumption tax may be charged. If charged, please contact our customer center, and we will process a refund for the shipping fee. We appreciate your understanding in advance.

 

Order Cancellation, Returns, Exchanges

《Order Cancellation》
*Order cancellations are only possible on the day of the order, or by 10:30 AM on the next business day.

《Returns and Exchanges Due to Our Circumstances》
While we take every precaution with our products, if there is a defect, we will accept a return or exchange. We apologize for the inconvenience, but please contact us via inquiry chat within 7 days of receiving the product. In cases of defective products, flaws, or incorrect deliveries due to our circumstances, we will cover the shipping costs for returns/exchanges.

《Returns and Exchanges Due to Customer Convenience》
If you wish to return or exchange a product due to customer convenience, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product. In such cases, the customer will be responsible for shipping costs. *Please note that returns and exchanges for some custom-made products are not accepted due to customer convenience.

*If you wish to return an order for which a coupon was used, please note that the coupon cannot be reissued.

*If you wish to exchange an item that is out of stock, we will refund the purchase price.
*For returns, we will transfer the refund to your designated bank account within 14 days after confirming receipt of the product. (For credit card payments, the charge will be canceled.)

  • Depending on the order, cancellations and changes may not be possible for orders that are "preparing for shipment."
  • Please understand that it may take some time for address changes as we will request a direct transfer from our company to Sagawa.
  • If you send it directly without going through our company, you will be responsible for the cost.
  • Also, cancellations and changes cannot be accepted in the following cases. Please understand.
  • If discoloration, contamination, damage, malfunction, loss, etc., are confirmed in all or part of the product.
  • If the product page states that cancellation or changes are not possible.
  • If the period for exchange or return has passed (7 business days).
  • If collection is delayed by more than 2 weeks due to the purchaser's circumstances.
