We would like to inform you about product shipping and customer center operations during the New Year holidays.

Please note that due to our New Year holiday closure, product shipping and customer center support will be changed as follows.

■New Year Holiday Closure for Customer Service
Due to the customer center closure, we will be unable to provide support during the following period:
Tuesday, December 27, 2022 - Sunday, January 1, 2023

Orders and inquiries received during the holiday period will be processed sequentially starting from Monday, January 2, 2023.

Please also note that we will not be able to process cancellations or changes to orders during the New Year holiday, which are frequently requested.
Orders can still be placed during the aforementioned period.


■New Year Holiday Product Shipping
The final shipping date for the year is Wednesday, December 28, 2022.

Orders placed after December 28 will be shipped sequentially starting from January 2, 2023.
