1. Cancellations and Changes Before Product Arrival

- Order cancellations are possible on the same day the order was placed, or by 10:30 AM on the next business day.
- Please contact us via our inquiry chat for cancellation/change requests.

- Depending on the order, cancellations and changes may not be possible if the order is already in "preparing for shipment" status.
- Please note that address changes may take time as we will request a direct transfer from us to Sagawa. We appreciate your understanding.
- If you send the item directly without going through us, you will be responsible for the shipping costs.
- Additionally, cancellations and changes cannot be accepted in the following cases. We appreciate your understanding.

1. If discoloration, contamination, damage, malfunction, or loss is confirmed for all or part of the product.
2. If the product page states that cancellation or changes are not possible.
3. If the period during which exchanges/returns are possible has been exceeded (7 business days).

2. Returns and Exchanges After Product Arrival

- For returns/exchanges, please contact us via inquiry, and wait for our acceptance notification. The notification will be sent via chat. Please proceed according to the instructions.

While we strive for perfection with our products, if there is a defect, we will accept a return or exchange. We apologize for the inconvenience, but please contact us via inquiry chat within 7 days of product arrival. If there is a defect or malfunction in the product, or if the wrong product was delivered, and it is due to our circumstances, we will bear the shipping costs for returns/exchanges. 
※If the product is not received within 15 days of return/exchange acceptance, the refund/exchange process will be automatically canceled.

3. About Refunds

■Credit Card: For customers who paid by credit card, we will process a cancellation of the card charge. No bank account information is required for credit card payments.

■Online Payment (PayPay, Amazon Pay, etc.): The refund will be made to the credit card company registered with your account.

※If you wish to exchange a product and it is out of stock, we will refund the purchase price. Thank you for your understanding.

《Precautions during wear》
 - Contact with sweat, cosmetics, high temperatures, and chemical components may cause the surface luster to diminish and plating to discolor. Please refrain from wearing jewelry during exercise or in saunas.
 - After wearing, please wipe the surface clean with a soft cloth before storing, and it is recommended to store products separately to prevent surface scratches.
 - In the case of chain products, strong force may cause breakage, so please be careful when wearing them.

 

※About Cancellations Due to Product Shortages※

《If all ordered products are out of stock》

① We will notify the customer about the out-of-stock products (the order will be put on hold temporarily).
② Please reply within 3 business days to confirm your acceptance of the cancellation.
If we do not receive a reply within 3 business days, your order will be canceled.
③ If a refund is necessary, we will process it immediately.

■In case of credit card or full point usage
 The charge will be canceled at the time of cancellation, so there will be no billing.

《If some of the ordered products are out of stock》

① We will notify the customer about the out-of-stock products (the order will be put on hold temporarily).
② Please reply within 3 business days regarding the feasibility of shipment.
③ If a refund is necessary, we will process it immediately.


※ Please check the out-of-stock notification email regarding shipment feasibility and reply to our store within 3 business days. We will cancel the order if you request to ship only the non-out-of-stock items or if you wish to cancel the entire order.
※If we do not hear from you within 3 business days, we regret to inform you that we will cancel only the out-of-stock items and ship the remaining products.

5. Storage Period in Case of Incomplete Address

If there is an incomplete address, we will contact you on the next business day after your order, so please send us the correct address by replying within 1 week.
If we do not receive a reply within 1 week, we regret to inform you that the order will be canceled.

Sagawa Express can store items for up to 14 days.
