1. Cancellations and Changes Before Product Arrival

- Order cancellations are possible on the same day the order was placed, or by 10:30 AM on the next business day.

2. Returns and Exchanges After Product Arrival

3. About Refunds

※If you wish to exchange a product and it is out of stock, we will refund the purchase price. Thank you for your understanding.

《Precautions during wear》
 - Contact with sweat, cosmetics, high temperatures, and chemical components may cause the surface luster to diminish and plating to discolor. Please refrain from wearing jewelry during exercise or in saunas.
 - After wearing, please wipe the surface clean with a soft cloth before storing, and it is recommended to store products separately to prevent surface scratches.

《If all ordered products are out of stock》

① We will notify the customer about the out-of-stock products (the order will be put on hold temporarily).
② Please reply within 3 business days to confirm your acceptance of the cancellation.
If we do not receive a reply within 3 business days, your order will be canceled.
③ If a refund is necessary, we will process it immediately.

■In case of credit card or full point usage
 The charge will be canceled at the time of cancellation, so there will be no billing.

《If some of the ordered products are out of stock》

② Please reply within 3 business days regarding the feasibility of shipment.
