Please note that due to the Korean Seollal (Lunar New Year) holidays, product shipping and customer service will be adjusted as follows.

■ Customer Service Closure during Seollal (Lunar New Year)
Due to the customer service center closure, we will be unable to respond during the following period:
Friday, February 9, 2024 - Monday, February 12, 2024

Orders and inquiries received during the holiday period will be processed sequentially starting from Tuesday, February 13, 2024.

Please note that we will not be able to process cancellations or changes to orders during the Seollal (Lunar New Year) holidays, which is a frequently asked question.
Orders can still be placed during the above period.


■ Product Shipping Before Seollal (Lunar New Year) Holiday
The last day for shipping will be for orders placed by the morning of Tuesday, February 6th.

Orders placed from the afternoon of Tuesday, February 6th onwards will be shipped sequentially starting from Tuesday, February 13th.
