We would like to inform you about our year-end and New Year product shipping and customer center operations.

Please note that due to our year-end and New Year holidays, product shipping and customer center support will be changed as follows.

■Year-end and New Year Customer Service Closure
Due to the customer center closure, we will be unable to provide support during the following period:
Monday, January 1, 2024

Orders and inquiries received during the holiday period will be handled sequentially from Tuesday, January 2, 2024.

Please also note that we will be unable to process cancellations and changes to orders during the year-end and New Year holidays, which are frequently requested.
Orders can still be placed during the above period.


■Year-end and New Year Product Shipping
The last shipping day of the year will be for orders placed by noon on Friday, December 29, 2022.

Orders placed after the afternoon of Friday, December 29, will be shipped sequentially from Wednesday, January 3, 2023.
